Stephanie Glantz

Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer
Client Experience, Revenue, and Operations

Stephanie Glantz is a customer success leader and operator who helps growing companies build the relationships, systems, and teams that turn early traction into lasting retention.

With over two decades of experience scaling customer-facing functions at high-growth startups, Stephanie brings a builder's instinct to every organization she touches. She joined Instacart as Employee #7, where she helped launch the company's first profitable city and went on to manage operations across markets representing 10% of national order volume. She later served as Director of Customer Success at Origin and Head of Customer Success at Sapling, building CS functions from the ground up at each and consistently driving Net Dollar Retention above 110%. She spent the following year and a half as an independent consultant, partnering with three early-stage companies to design their customer success processes from scratch — onboarding flows, retention playbooks, escalation paths, and the team structures needed to support them.

Stephanie's expertise spans customer success strategy, revenue operations, account management, onboarding and implementation, retention and expansion, and the team development required to scale a customer-facing org without losing the personal touch that earns trust in the first place. She is especially skilled at walking into ambiguity — a company with customers but no process, or a team with good instincts but no system — and building the structure that lets both scale. She moves easily between the strategic and the operational, equally comfortable designing a retention framework and sitting on a call with a customer in crisis.

At Concrete Flower Collective, Stephanie's focus is the same one that has driven her career from the start: giving founders the customer success and commercial infrastructure to grow without losing what made customers choose them in the first place.

Katherine Harper

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer Operations, Finance, and Compliance

Katherine M. Harper is a Chief Operating Officer and business operations strategist who helps companies turn ambitious ideas into organized, sustainable growth.

With two decades of experience across the interior design/architecture, hospitality, organic food, real estate development, and financial technology sectors, Katherine brings a broad yet practical perspective to complex business challenges (select clients: WePay, SunRidge Farms, The Holcomb Corporation, and Breland-Harper). Her expertise spans operations, bookkeeping, financial modeling, accounting, human resources, legal compliance, logistics, product administration, risk, quality assurance, and corporate infrastructure. With particularly extensive experience in real estate development, Katherine specializes in capital-stack structuring, financial modeling, and construction and permanent financing.

Katherine has worked with founders and emerging businesses to remove the guesswork and chaos from running a company—creating the systems, structure, and support that allow clients to focus on what they do best: serving customers and delivering exceptional products. An adept problem solver, Katherine is skilled at assessing complex or inefficient organizations and restructuring them with precision and minimal disruption. She is able to move fluidly between backend operations and client-facing priorities, offering comprehensive support that helps businesses define their objectives, streamline their processes, and achieve measurable results.

Ultimately, Katherine sees her role as that of a facilitator. She works behind the scenes to refine systems, clarify priorities, and establish the operational foundation that enables a company’s front end to reach its goals and potential. Having worked closely with creative professionals in the design and hospitality industries, she understands that creativity and operational discipline are not opposing forces. Instead, she helps unite them—building practical business structures that protect creative vision while supporting profitable, scalable execution.

At Concrete Flowers Collection, Katherine’s mission is simple: to give growing businesses the clarity, infrastructure, and confidence to thrive.
